Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 beaten eggs, 3 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 1 c. cooking oil and 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all dry ingredients.
Stir in beaten eggs, oil, water and vanilla.
Mix in canned pumpkin, dates and nuts.
Stir until smooth textured.
Pour into four 7 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans or two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans, greased.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes.
