Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. canned pumpkin (1 can), 4 eggs, 1 c. cooking oil, 2/3 c. cold water and 3 1/8 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift flour with soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar into bowl.
Beat eggs until thick and light in color.
Add pumpkin, oil and water to beaten eggs.
Beat together. Turn mixture into the bowl in which the dry ingredients have been sifted.
Mix until smooth.
Place in 3 greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 1 hour or until done.
