Pudding Chip Cookies
Pudding Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. butter or margarine, softened and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix flour with baking soda and baking powder, set aside. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy, beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture then stir in chips and nuts.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Drop from teaspoons onto greased baking sheets, 2 in. apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 8-10 minutes.
Don't overcook.
Makes about 7 dozen.
