Prune Soufflé
Prune Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 21 prunes, cooked and chopped, 12 egg whites, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Beat egg whites stiff, add sugar, vanilla and salt.
Beat until is mixed in and dissolved.
Fold in prunes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake in a 250° oven for 45 minutes.
Off oven after the 45 minutes but leave soufflé in cools.
Serve in squares.
Garnish with Cool Whip, if desired.
