Prime Rib Soup
Prime Rib Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 prime rib roast, 4 c. water, 8 tsp. bovril and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Roast prime rib at 325Β°.
Allow 23 to 25 minutes per pound for rare roast, 27 to 30 minutes per pound for medium and 32 to 35 minutes per pound for well done roast.
Combine Bovril with water to make broth.
Warm broth and add juice from roasted prime rib. Add 2 cups sour cream and 2 cups of chopped prime rib.
Do not boil.
Serve with toasted French bread.
