Prime Rib Roast
Prime Rib Roast is an easy dinner. Made with any size beef roast, garlic, white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Thaw roast if frozen.
Let roast stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Rub roast with vinegar.
Season with salt, pepper and fresh garlic.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place roast, rib side down, on a rack in baking pan.
Roast for 1 hour.
Allow roast to remain in oven all day.
Do not open door!
One hour before serving, turn oven back on to 375° and reheat roast.
Do not remove roast from oven or open door until ready to serve.
For well done roast, cook 15 to 30 minutes longer before serving.
