Pretzels
Pretzels is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water, 4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix yeast into warm water. Add flour, sugar and salt.
Knead mixture.
Divide into 16 to 18 parts.
Paint with a mixture of an egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water after rolling into desired shape.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake at 425Β° until golden. (Pretzel recipe used for class at C.N.S. in J. Lee's class.)
