Spread pretzels, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
7 minutes at 400Β°. Soften and blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool spread over cooled pretzels. Dissolve jello, strawberries and chill until slightly thickened. Spread over cheese mixture.
Refrigerate.
