Potatoes with Tomatoes Casserole
Potatoes With Tomatoes Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly oil a 2-quart casserole dish. Layer half the potatoes in bottom of dish.
Add half the tomato slices. Combine basil, tarragon, garlic and lemon pepper. Sprinkle half the mixture and half the cheeses over the tomatoes. Repeat layers, ending with Parmesan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is nicely browned. Makes 6 servings.
