Potatoes Romanoff
Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. diced, cooked potatoes, 2 tsp. salt, 2 c. creamed cottage cheese, 1 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Use 1/2 teaspoon of the salt in potatoes.
Drain cooked potatoes and dice them.
Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic and remaining salt.
Fold into cooked potato cubes. Spread into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese, sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
