Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. white potatoes, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 shredded carrot and 2 large cans evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash potatoes thoroughly; peel and dice.
Simmer with water in soup pot.
When potatoes are almost done, pour off enough water so that potatoes are barely covered.
Add onions, celery, carrot and canned milk.
Simmer until onion and celery are tender.
