Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cut up, 1/2 onion, diced, 1/3 to 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. flour and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring potatoes and onion to a boil; cook until almost done, but not mushy.
Make up flour paste (1/4 to 1/2 cup flour).
Add water to make smooth paste.
Stir into potatoes.
As it thickens, add milk until the right consistency.
Add the butter; stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.
