Potato Soup

Boil potatoes and onion in small amount of water and cook until soft.
Add milk, salt and pepper, then reheat. Brown flour butter and blend it slowly into the potato mixture. Add little water to the beaten egg and stir into the soup. Let cook for a few minutes, very slowly, and serve hot with a little chopped parsley, sprinkled on top.
