Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 5 c. potatoes, 2 tsp. vinegar and 1 small can condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion in butter until soft, but not brown.
Add 5 cups thinly chopped potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Barely cover with water.
Cook until potatoes fall apart and become thickened. Remove from heat.
Mash with potato masher or fork.
Add vinegar and condensed milk.
Reheat to serving temperature, but do not allow to boil.
Serve with crackers, cornbread or cornsticks. Serves 4 or 5.
