Potato Salad - Sour Cream
Potato Salad - Sour Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. italian salad dressing, 7 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced, 3/4 c. thinly sliced celery, 1/3 c. sliced green onion and 4 hard-cooked eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes.
Chill for 2 hours. Add celery and onion.
Chop egg whites; sieve yolks.
Add to whites.
Mix with salad dressing, sour cream and mustard.
Fold into salad.
Add salt and celery seed to taste.
Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
