Potato Fritters
Potato Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium sized potatoes, coarsely grated and squeezed in a kitchen towel to dry, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and 2 large eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a bowl, combine and blend well the potatoes, flour, salt and pepper.
Stir in the eggs and the 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, mixing thoroughly.
In a frying pan, heat 1/2-inch of oil until it is hot enough, when a small amount of mixture is dropped into it instantly it sizzles.
Drop heaping teaspoonful of the mixture into the hot oil.
Do not crowd.
Taste one of the fritters for seasonings.
Stir mixture each time before dropping into oil. When the bottoms of the fritters are crisply golden turn and brown the other side.
Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
