Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, boiled, salt and pepper to taste, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 bunch green onions, chopped and 1 1/2 c. grated medium cheese (or more, if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dice or grate potatoes into large bowl.
Season and add other ingredients, saving some cheese for the top.
Mix with a fork. Put into a 2-quart casserole or baking pan.
Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 40 minutes or longer until bubbly in the center.
Some buttermilk added to the sour cream enhances flavor and moistness.
