Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium potatoes (red preferred), 1 pt. sour cream, 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil potatoes ahead and refrigerate until cold; peel and grate in a bowl.
Set aside.
Mix together sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese.
Mix with potatoes carefully.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Serves 12.
Can also use frozen hash browns.
