Potato Casserole
Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 potatoes (in jacket), 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes in jacket until tender, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain water and let cool.
Peel potatoes and grate potatoes as hash brown potatoes.
Mix in onion, cheese, soup and sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with stuffing and pour melted butter over top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove cover last 5 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
