Pot Roast
Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 or 4 lb.) roast, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger and 1 tsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown roast on both sides in skillet (without oil), then place in crock-pot.
Take chopped onion, chopped green pepper, fresh ginger and minced garlic; stir-fry in oil in skillet until tender. Add soy sauce and beef broth; bring to a boil and pour over roast.
Add whole potatoes, onions and carrots.
Cook for 4 to 5 hours, or until meat is tender.
Baste vegetables every hour.
