Pork Tenderloins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork tenderloin, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. sherry, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat on all sides in the butter or margarine; remove meat.
In same skillet, cook onion until tender.
Add orange peel and juice, sherry, sugar, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Return meat, cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender, turning occasionally. Remove meat to hot platter; slice.
