Brown tenderloin.
Place in 275Β° oven until done, slightly pink in middle.
In separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil. Saute onion until caramelized.
Add raisins.
Mix wine and cornstarch.
Add to onion and raisins.
Cook until thick.
Slice tenderloin; place on sauce.
Serve with vegetable and potato or rice.
