Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. bourbon, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 3 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine soy sauce, bourbon and sugar.
Mix well.
Marinate pork in mixture for 2 to 3 hours.
This can be baked in marinade, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Turn meat halfway through.
Slice on diagonal.
Or this is wonderful cooked on grill.
Serve with horseradish sauce or Rothschild Raspberry Salsa.
