Pork-Rice Casserole
Pork-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops, 1 can tomatoes, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. uncooked rice and 1 medium chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown pork chops in a skillet, seasoning to taste.
Put in one layer shallow 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, then cover the pork chops with mixture. Cover baking dish with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes to
1 hour and 30 minutes.
After 2/3 of the cooking time, add a little more water if the rice needs more moisture.
