Crumble bread and mix with poultry seasoning, sage and chicken broth.
Salt to taste.
Put on top of potatoes.
Brown chops in skillet, then add on top of dressing.
Cook at 375° about 1 hour, then simmer.
Cook at 225° for 2 or 3 more hours.
