Season pork chops and spread one side with mustard.
Heat butter in a skillet and brown the chops mustard side up.
Turn and brown the mustard side and spread browned side with mustard.
Add grapes to the pan and shake it.
Cover and simmer over low heat until chops are tender and cooked through.
Remove the chops to a warm platter.
Skim most of the fat from the dripping.
Add sour cream to pan and heat but do not boil.
Pour sauce over meat. Serves 4.
