Pork Chops and Rice
Pork Chops And Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops (average cut), worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 c. rice and 4 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pepper pork chops and sprinkle heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Put rice in pan.
Heat water and bouillon cubes until dissolved.
Add broth to pan with rice.
Heat skillet until very hot.
(Cast iron skillet is best.)
Add 2 pork chops at a time in skillet and brown (don't cook), 30 seconds on each side.
Add to rice, cover and bake for 1 hour.
