Brown chops in drippings in large frying pan.
Salt and pepper.
Combine kraut, apples, onions, brown sugar and caraway seeds.
Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place chops on sauerkraut mixture.

Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes or until chops are done.
