Mix cranberries and sugar; let stand 30 minutes.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Toss cranberries, onion, celery, stuffing and evaporated milk.
Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole.
Brown chops on both sides.
Place on top of stuffing mix.
Cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
