Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 peeled potatoes, 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced, 1 large can sauerkraut and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Butter a large casserole dish.
Make a layer of sliced onion.
Put a layer of sliced potatoes, followed by another layer of onion.
Salt and pepper.
Make a layer of pork chops.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
Spread the sauerkraut over the chops.
Pour the cup of milk around the edges of casserole; cook for 1 1/2 hours.
