Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, heated, 4 to 6 thin pork chops, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In heavy skillet heat butter.
Season chops with salt and pepper and brown in butter (15 minutes), pouring Worcestershire sauce over chops as they brown.
Remove chops to a deep 10-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and onion salt; spread the onions around chops.
Add drippings left in pan.
Add celery soup. Cover and bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
Serves 4.
