Alternate layers of potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine soup and milk. Pour over potato mixture. Trim fat from pork chops. Brown both sides in a skillet. Place on top of potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350Β°
