Brown pork chops in small amount of oil.

Lift out and pour off grease.

Spread rice over bottom of skillet.

Add water; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.

Put pork chops back in skillet on the rice and sprinkle with remaining teaspoon of salt.

Add onions, chopped tomatoes with juice and drained corn.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Bring to boil.

Turn down low.

Cover and simmer 25 to 35 minutes.

Watch and add more water should it cook dry or if rice should not be tender.
