Pork Balls with Rice
Pork Balls With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. ground pork or mixture of beef and pork (i use mixture), 1/8 medium onion, 1/4 c. uncooked rice, 1/3 c. cracker crumbs and 1 small egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix meat; chop onion and add to meat.
Add washed rice. Combine crumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper and milk and mix with rice and meat.
Mix well.
Form in balls.
Put in roasting pan. Pour tomato soup over meat balls.
Cover pan and bake at 350Β° for about 1 1/2 hours.
Baste and add water if necessary so balls won't be dry.
