Pork And Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Place pie shell on baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325°.
Spread cheese on bottom of shell and set aside.
In a skillet, brown sausage; drain off fat.
Stir in stuffing mix and spinach; spoon over cheese.
Beat together eggs and milk and pour over sausage in pie shell.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
