Porcupine Meatballs

In mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, green peppers, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well to blend.
Shape meat mixture into balls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Place meatballs in slow cooking pot.
Pour soup over meatballs.
Cook on slow for 3 to 4 hours, or until rice is fully cooked through.
