Poppy Seed Cake
Poppy Seed Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 (4 oz.) instant toasted coconut pudding, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. oil and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put all ingredients in bowl as listed and mix thoroughly with electric mixer (approximately 2 minutes).
Then pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes on cake rack until loosened.
Remove from the pan and shake on powdered sugar while warm.
Can be frozen whole or sliced and placed in sandwich bags. Keeps well for several months.
