Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk.
Then add flour and salt.
Beat vigorously for 2 minutes.
Pour batter into very hot greased custard cups or iron popover pans (425Β°) for about 40 minutes in preheated oven.
Serve at once.
Makes 6 large popovers.
