Popikosh(Beef Paprika)
Popikosh(Beef Paprika) is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 2 lb. beef chuck or round, cut in 1-inch cubes, 1 c. diced onion, 1 clove garlic, minced and 3/4 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add meat, onion and garlic.
Cook and stir until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 cups water.
Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours, adding more water as needed.
Blend flour and 1/4 cup water.
Stir into meat mixture.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Serve over noodles.
