Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 qt. popped corn, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put in large pan.
Boil sugar, water and corn syrup without stirring, until it cracks when tried in cold water (260°).
Add vinegar, salt and vanilla.
Boil until mixture reaches 264° or it spins a thread.
Pour slowly over corn, turning with a spoon to coat each kernel.
Working quickly with greased hands, form into balls.
Let stand until brittle.
