Popcorn Balls
Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. white corn syrup, 1/3 c. water, 1/4 c. butter and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put sugar, corn syrup, water, butter and salt in a saucepan and cook, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking without stirring until syrup forms a brittle ball in cold water.
Add vanilla and stir only enough to mix it through the hot syrup.
Place the popped corn in a bowl large enough for mixing. Pour the cooked syrup slowly over the popped corn and mix well. Wet hands slightly and shape corn into balls using only enough pressure to make the balls stick together.
