Polish Sausage-Kraut
Polish Sausage-Kraut is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium potatoes, diced, 1 c. carrots, sliced, 16 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, 1 c. sour cream plus 1 tbsp. flour, mixed and 1 tsp. beef bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute in margarine, garlic and onion (do not brown; cook until tender).
Add water, bouillon, carrots, potatoes and caraway seed. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender.
Add sauerkraut and sausage; heat through.
