Plum Sauce
Plum Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. firm, ripe plums, 1 1/4 c. white wine vinegar, 2 cloves, 6 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. fresh chopped mint, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash and pit the plums.
Stew them in the vinegar with the cloves and sugar until they are tender.
Remove the cloves and purΓ©e the mixture in a blender or food processor.
Put the sauce in a saucepan, and add the mint.
Reheat.
If you find the sauce is a little too sharp, add more sugar.
