Pizza Swiss
Pizza Swiss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. (1-inch) round steak, 1/4 c. enriched flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3 tbsp. fat (oleo), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine the flour, salt and pepper and pound into steak.
Brown slowly on both sides in hot fat.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Place in baking dish and cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tender.
