Pizza Meat Loaf
Pizza Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese (2 c.), 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 large eggs and 1 medium onion, chopped fine (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Reserve 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup pizza sauce.
Mix balance of ingredients together and place in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, pressing firmly.
Place on a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Pour reserved pizza sauce over top and bake 30 more minutes.
Sprinkle reserved cheese over top and bake 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Remove from pan with pancake turner so cheese on top will not be disturbed.
