Pizza Crust
Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. oil, 4 tbsp. olive oil and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve yeast; sprinkle over top of tepid water (not hot, but warm).
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add rest of water.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour.
Mix well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Rise, covered, in warm place.
Punch down.
Half for smaller pizza.
(Store in plastic bag in freezer if not using all.)
Spread dough on greased pan, flouring hands to work.
Spread on pizza sauce, cheese and cooked meat and spices as desired.
Bake at 400Β° until cheese is set and looks done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
