Pita Pizza
Pita Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pita bread (6 inch), halved, 1/4 c. sauce (commercial pizza or spaghetti), 1 c. vegetables (thinly sliced raw mushrooms, onions, green peppers), 1 oz. (1/3 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese and approximately 1 tbsp. black olives, drained and sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash and slice all raw vegetables.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Half each pita bread and toast on both sides until golden brown.
Spread each half with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1/2 of vegetable mix, 1/6 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese and 1/2 tablespoon olives.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and turn slightly brown.
Serve warm.
