Pineapple Stuffing
Pineapple Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together the pineapple, eggs, sugar and flour.
Melt butter.
Tear 3 slices of bread into pieces and place in a greased casserole or round pie plate.
Drizzle butter over pieces of bread.
Add pineapple mixture; stir slightly to mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Great side dish for ham.
