Pineapple Pudding
Pineapple Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can chunked pineapple, 3 c. milk, 1/3 stick butter, 5 tbsp. flour and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine milk and butter in saucepan over low heat.
Add 1 1/2 cups of sugar, flour and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 30 minutes).
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla flavoring.
Pour into 10-inch round baking dish.
Layer with pineapple and vanilla wafers.
In bowl, add pinch of salt to egg whites.
Beat until peak forms.
Spread over top of pudding.
Bake at 350Β° until egg whites are browned.
