Pineapple Carrot Cake
Pineapple Carrot Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into a large bowl.
Make a well in the center and add in order sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
Stir in carrots, coconut, walnuts and pineapple until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Spread with cream cheese frosting.
Store in refrigerator.
